Grandpa and Grandma Donnelly

These pictures are of Spencer with Matt's Grandpa and Grandma Donnelly; they are 91 and 89 respectively. They are still going strong and full of life! His Grandma gave Spencer a kiss and instead of giving her a nice smile like a good baby would he started bawling.
Don't you love this second picture? He looks terrified! He's probably just interested in the camera but it cracks me up.

Scrapbooking

This is my current scrapbooking room. This is what I wish could be my scrapbooking room...

Oh well. I guess as long as it gets the job done.

I've been working on Spencer's baby book lately. I probably have around 30 pages and I've only made it through about the first 2 months of his life, I think we're a little picture crazy.

While looking through all his newborn pictures my thoughts were 1) I'm so glad I'm past those first few months, in all the pictures I have what my sister and I call the "deer in the headlights" look frequently seen on new moms and 2) Spencer lost all his hair!

Pirate Party

Friday was National Talk-Like-A-Pirate Day. Crazy, I know. We were invited to a Pirate Party held in our neighbors' backyard. Here are my two favorite little pirates!

None of the pictures I took at the party turned out because it was dark outside so most of these next ones are just of Spencer and Matt primping before the party...
You can kind of see in the ones above from the party that everyone was very dolled up. Our costumes were kind of lame because we didn't know until about 10 minutes before the party that we were supposed to dress up. Apparently I should have been sewing our costumes for the past few months. Oh well, maybe next year!

Well...

I don't really have anything exciting to post but I'm sick of seeing the gross pictures from the "Time" post.

Yesterday I fed Spencer some carrots (he loves them!) and then I put him in his swing so I could clean up the mess. I walked back in my bedroom after cleaning and found this...

What a little slob. I let him sleep for awhile and then I heard him fussing and found this...

He was quite ticked off because his teething ring was up his arm and he couldn't get it off. Not too exciting but I thought it was cute!
